  I had a real issue with my car last week. Having had bad experience previously i was dreading this! i must say what a pleasant surprise it was... my car was checked in immediately, Rob in the service department made sure i was kept in contact all the way explaining everything to me and had it back and working again with 2 days... i picked my car up which had been cleaned inside and out and drove like brand new!! 5 star service... big thanks to Rob and Jasmine within the service desk at Bromley thank you so much!! i have literally been telling everyone all weekend about the service here.

  Service is excellent and car almost ready on time after I called to see when to collect, but was within the 30 minute window. Only gripe was the car was cleaned outside but the inside was not and they didn't even hoover out the boot which had some bits of mud in it.
