Department I needed which sells suitcases next to Virgin holidays closes at or before 4.30 on a Friday but Dedenhams with still sell there products to you & just take your money without fully explaining about item. If you call store 0345 number you'll only be placed on hold to find out your not even calling that store :0 ( total waste of time
