  Went especially to Bromley for this shop. Saw a guy unpacking fish into the tanks, with hands full he deliberately dropped a full bag of about 20 fish from 2 rungs up a ladder onto the floor, rather than step down. On realising I saw him he proceeded to inform me the area was closed..... I wasn't in the fish area, I was across the shop.... makes me wonder how they treat animals when no-one is around (terribly if this experience is anything to go by) Immediately left after speaking to the manager, didn't and wouldn't buy anything there. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!
